Truth or Urban Legend?
There's an email making the rounds about Ray Reynolds, a National Guardsman serving in Iraq. His letter chronicles U.S. accomplishments in rebuilding Iraq and takes to task all the negative reporting of the media and politicians. Although I may agree with some of his sentiments, I am pretty skeptical when it comes to these forwarded emails so I checked it out.
