Busy Days Need Slow Cooker Carnitas

It's been busy, busy, busy here with the last phase of the house remodel finally coming to a close, everyday family life, being preggers, and getting ready for a family trip. There has been no extra time! One good thing, however, is that it has forced me to take out my slow cooker and try out some new recipes. The other day I made Slow Cooker Carnitas from the A Year of Slow-Cooking Blog. It was sooo tasty and the family loved it! I'll definitely be making this again!
